4/19/2023 HOA Board Meeting update
Thanks to all the residents who attended this week's HOA board meeting for your contributions and suggestions. As a results, we are working on three methods to control the traffic on Windy Knoll Lane. Moving forward, there is a lot of work to be done to make our neighborhood safer for kids. I would like to thank everyone for their concerns and support, as without your help, none of this would be possible.

Welcome to The Ridge at Hayden Run Section 3
The Ridge at Hayden Run Section 3 is a subdivision located in the Northwest corner of the City of Carmel, Indiana.
Home Owners Association
The Ridge at Hayden Run Section 3 consists of 48 lots in total and the Homeowners Association is managed by the homeowners themselves.
Pond and Walking paths
The HOA has a pond serving as natural wild reserve and common grounds that it maintains. There are also some walking paths that connect other surrounding subdivisions.
