We wanted to remind homeowners that all home improvements including but not limited to house and trim color, stain colors, landscaping additions, and fences need to be approved by the HOA board per the covenants. Also, if your mailbox needs to be painted, please do so when the weather is nice. The homeowner is responsible for this regular maintenance.
