 Architectural review is a process used to regulate the external design, appearance, use, location and maintenance of the Tract (including the Common Area, Easements, Landscape Improvements and Lots) and of improvements thereon in such manner as to preserve and enhance values and to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and improvements.

When Is Architectural Review Required?

Architectural review is required for exterior dwelling changes such as:

exterior siding color or material changes

roof color or material changes

erection of fences

grade changes or major landscape projects

What is the process to request an Architectural Review?

All information pertinent to your project must be gathered and submitted to the Architectural Review Board PRIOR to your project start date using the Request form below.

How long is the Review process?

The Architectural review process is directly dependent on the quality of the information provided to the Review Board. Once the Board has all the required information, the review process usually only takes a few days.
